Digital Account Director

Digital Account Director- Social Media/Branding House - Central London - Permanent - £45-55,000

My client who is a Social Media/Branding House are currently seeking an experienced and talented Digital Account Director join there expanding London team.

Overall Responsibility: To be the point of contact between the client and the the platform, managing the client's user facing elements on the platform and associated with the campaigns.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

*To maintain a favourable working relationship with the client, keeping them informed about all the developments on the platform.
*To create and manage in association with the client, a customer service suite (CRM) for the client's users.
*To ensure the accuracy of all copy, as requested by the client, on the Platform.
*Provide reports to the client on the success of campaigns, incorporating key metrics.
*Oversee all press, PR, Media activity associated with the campaign.
*Oversee creation of all video/animation content.
*Oversee all social media activity relating to the campaign to ensure maximum exposure and potency.
*Manage digital agencies and third party suppliers.
*To help with e-marketing initiatives such as the writing and distribution of newsletters and general copy writing for campaign and marketing collateral.
Operates and Communicates with:
*The client
*Head of Product
*Creatives and Planners

Qualifications Required:
*Strong understanding of how advocacy /experiential marketing can contribute to brand development.
*Experience marketing in the youth market (16-24).
*At least five years' experience in marketing, with a track record of implementing multi-disciplinary marketing activities within tight time scales.
*Experience working with national (preferably global) brands.
*Confident analysing data - (preferably with Google analytics and Facebook analytics experience)
*Knowledge of E-marketing, activity and user generated content including blogs, forums, social networking, podcasts, youtube etc.
*Technical experience (worked in technical environment or with a CTO)
*Must have a keen interest in technology and be capable of talking about it
*Strong on systems and processes
*Experience delivering marketing communications through a diverse range of communication channels beyond e-marketing.
*Ideally experience from Business to Business environment and not necessarily from an advertising background
